My ciders are bright, sharp and very refreshing. All finish dry with high carbonation, becoming the apple cousin of a Brut Champagne.

SINGLE ORBIT APPLE CIDER 6.8%

2020 season split batch fermentation:

50% volume fermented with Belgian abbey beer yeast

50% volume fermented with a classic apple cider yeast 

And then combined for a dry and crisp finish!

Molecule: malic acid

PEACH & CHAMOMILE 6.4%

Strong peach on the nose and finish, with faint floral notes from chamomile.
 

Molecule: apigenin

BLUEBERRY CIDER 5.3%

2020 seasonal blend with blueberries hand-picked from Fairgreen Farms, Norfolk. Berry flavours intensify as the cider warms in the glass.

Molecule: cyanodin-3-glucoside (a.k.a Chrysanthemin)

Apple and grape base cider with late additions of mixed berries. This is a very lively cider and needs to be thoroughly refrigerated before opening!
