2024 Laxton single variety seasonal. Fermented low and slow with the much beloved S-04 yeast. While classically known for producing fruity esters in classic British ales, this yeast has asserted it's fruity character into the cider and we are absolutely chuffed with the results this season! As always, a little pear juice is included to impart a small amount of non-fermentable sugar.
